Eli Solomon, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Eli Solomon is the CEO of both S2 Filings and Oakwood D&O Insurance. He co-founded S2 Filings in 2014, which became the fastest-growing Edgar agent, and Oakwood D&O Insurance in 2010, which has grown to be one of the largest writers of D&O for public entities. Prior to that, he traded equities at Momentum Trading, and then Andover Brokerage.
Josh Greenberg, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Josh Greenberg brings over 15 years of financial management expertise to the team, with extensive experience in both private and public accounting. He previously served as the CFO at Vintage Filings for 6 years.
Charles Aranda, SVP Mutual Funds
Charles leads the mutual funds department with over 11 years of experience with EDGAR and Typeset document dissemination with a focus in investment management.
